New AAC resources explain multi-disciplinary teams and common acronyms

Five new publications from the Adult Advocacy Centers provide additional information about our agency’s important work. Four of the documents explain multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) — the foundation of the AACs’ Model — to both service providers and the broader community. One lists many of our commonly used acronyms and will be updated frequently.
